Cindy originally got her piercings because she liked the idea of "decorating" her pussy lips, and thought it was a sexy thing to do. In some ways it's comparable to wearing earrings - wearing jewelry looks nice.

Hanging weights from the rings stretches Cindy's lips all right, but only while the weights are in place. I doubt that it has had any long-term stretching effect.
