Hi, I dont wanna be an alarmist or anything, but there are some ALS-Scan photos in the pictures of this group.

As far as I know, ALS takes it really seriously if their photos are used or displayed unauthorized.

However nice those photos are, perhaps it would be wiser to remove them? Wouldn't want the group or Cindy & Joe to be subjected to any unpleasantness.

Jo,

Thanks for your concern. I too have heard that ALS is especially active in enforcing their copyright. On the other hand, if ALS does lodge a complaint with MSN Groups about some of their pictures being posted here I believe that MSN Groups will then send me a warning and give me 48 hours to remove the pictures before this group would be closed down.

Still, 48 hours is a very short deadline, and sometimes when Cindy and I are away traveling I don't check in that often.

Could you please be so kind as to send me a list of which albums you have seen ALS pictures in, and which page of the picture album index these albums are in. (There are so many albums here that I've long ago lost track of what they're called and when they were created.) Send it to joe_cindyandjoe@hotmail.com.

I dont think I have checked all of the photos, but the one that prompted my email was a recent photo gallery addition "Alsscans outtakes".

Having looked more than once at every great pic here. Which there many pic's. I hav only seen said/questioned ALS pic's at the alasscans outtakes .
But, i'll keep me eye's open for more. As i'm sure will the other member's. maybe a few of our lurker's will come out of the closet.
But!! there such sexy pic's. do they really have ta go.

That's page 1 album 4. Joe . Wouldn't want ya lost in there looken around at all those pic's. A guy might never find his way back out.. lol
