Joe,
I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks for all you are doing. This problem with MSN is really a pain but you seem to be the only one that is keeping your membership informed as to what is really going on and doing all that is possible. I am sure that I am not alone in saying thanks for all that you are doing. I for one, will stay with the Cindy&Joe site as I have been hit in 80% of the sites I belong to and have deleted them, this one though, I'll keep.

Thanks for your feedback. I'll pass it on to Cindy.

I guess the difference is that I happen to have an IT background so I have some understanding of how an MSN group works.

Also, because the technicalities interest me I found and became a member of the "Community Feedback" group long ago, back when I first started using MSN Groups (previously MSN Communities). By checking in there from time to time I've kept an eye on what's happening, especially when there are problems and updates.
