Sorry to be a nit-picker, but do you mean central standard time (CST) or central daylight time (CDT)?
Actually, I'm guessing you just mean midnight central time, irrespective of whether it's summer or winter.
Time zones are a pain in the butt. And summer time (daylight saving time) is an added complication. The USA and the EU can't even agree on having the same period, and Australia has summer time in the winter, if you know what I mean. :-)
Fortunately there are now time zone converters on the Internet, like this one:
