Thanks for the compliment. But would you please post an English translation of your message. Otherwise I'm going to have to delete it.

We have a rule here that everything has to be in English. Not because we want to discriminate against other languages (English is not our local language either), but because it is frustrating for the members to see something happening and not be able to know what it is, which is bad for the "community atmosphere". Also, Cindy and I have responsibility for ensuring that nothing happens here that is against MSN's "code of conduct" and we can't do that when there are messages posted that we can't understand ourselves. In a worst-case scenario a message that we can't understand and therefore didn't delete could be so inflammatory that MSN deletes our community without warning.

As for possible risks and health problems, and information in general, please look in the "Excite club archives" section. You can also try searching through this message board, but there are currently several thousand messages, and I have not archived and indexed them so it would be difficult to find things here.

If you act sensibly and don't do anything that hurts or feels wrong, then there should not be any risks. The woman should do Kegel exercises to avoid her vaginal muscles getting loose.

I'm afraid that I don't know of any Spanish sites with information about vaginal fisting. Does anyone else?
