Hi - I'm mrTobbs from Norway, and I too have the same problems when trying too download avido of Cindy. After a couple of minutes I get's the message "The connection with the server was reset".
But can't this problem be solved if downloading with a system that supportes "resume"? Like GOZILLA for example?. Can that be arranged from this site?

I have used Getright.exe program in the past with good results on other sites... tried Getright here and it still would not continue downloading.

Let us know if you find a program that will work.

Hi mr.tobbs,

I'm sorry, but I have no way of modifying the download system here at MSN.

What I could use is a place where there is free disk storage with unlimited downloads allowed and which isn't overloaded. I've tried a couple public web sites of this kind (i-drive and FreeDrive) but without much success. Is there any member who has access to a private web server and will lend me 50 MB on it and doesn't mind that there will be a huge traffic generated for a while?

seems to be ime possible to download files that are larger than 2 megabytes of space. ar there solutions now?

I'm sorry, but there's not much I can do about this problem. I'm still assuming that MSN will fix it some day, but until then we can only wait. A few of the files are available on FreeDrive - see some of the other messages on this message board for links.

I keep getting the attached error message when I try to downloand. Any suggestions?

Yes, I agree. There over 70mbs of members videos listed on this MSN site, and it is mostly useless to me.

Only a tiny fraction downloads. None of the larger files will download and with smaller video files I only get corrupted or partial downloads. This may partly be because I have an older and slower computer, as some members seem to get complete files.

I clicked on the "access html" Joe left for our members to click on for his freedrive.com files. His big files download from freedrive.com just great... so I know the problem is MSN's "big file problem"... at least it is for people with slow computers like mine.

I think MSN is a poor place to upload and download files over .25mb, or any "video files". However, I get smaller MSN .jpg files to download just fine.
