I thought I would share somthing that happened to me the other day. So that there is no confusing, this was not a sexual experience.

I have been a long time fan of Ty, and finally decided to purchase one of her videos from Dennio's site. I picked out 2 videos and had them delivered. When I received the videos, I was surprised to see that one of the tapes was completely blank. I emailed Dennio and told her of the oversight. Dennio replied back saying she was sorry for the mix-up and that she would put a new tape in the mail that day. This was all without asking to have the blank tape back.

I receieved my new video yesterday with a hand-written note from Dennio saying she was sorry for the inconvenience.

Dennio runs quite a business as far as I am concerned. I have to say that she has my repeat business.
