i found an interessting page about speculums, but i still didnt found those specs from the Asian Cave.

On another web site I saw someone claim that the very large speculums used by Elmer on his wife are veterinary speculums intended for cows and other domestic animals.
Don't know if it's true, but it sounds reasonable.
