Just a few tips to newcomers to fisting:
To open yourself out try the inflatable dildos. We have found them in three sizes. The solid core makes them just like other dildos to use, and the infatable outer skin means that you can progressively open yourself out by using the little ball pump as your vagina adapts to one size. These more than anything else have enable me to finally take my girlfriend's hand.
Ladies, if you do yoga you will find it useful, it keeps you supple, the breathing regime helps you have more control to relax and open yourself, and it keeps your pelvic muscles (and all your others) well toned.
If you are worried about ' getting slack ' from repeated fisting, then along with the yoga, excercise your kegels with the dildos that look like a series of ping pong sized balls joined together. I use this three times a week for around tewenty minutes. Despite being fisted at least twice a week I can still squeeze my girlfriends fingers so hard in my vagina that she yelps in pain !
