Best Stretching Method

Hello all, I am new to this board and we are new to stretching. As of now we are using the blood pressure cuff method which seems to be working well. One problem is that we both seem to believe that as soon as the cuff is removed she returns to normal size. Is this normal for beginners? Also after about 15min she feels an itchy feeling in the vagina. Is this the muscles stretching thats causing this? If so is there a way to avoid the itching? Also she has found when she pumps the cuff up that if she applies a vibrator to the cuff it gives good sensations and she is able to pump it larger. Please give any tips or other methods that we can try. Her goal is to be as large as possible permantly. Many thanks.......

This is not just normal for beginners, it is also normal for women whose vagina has been stretched a lot. And that's the way it should be. You don't want the vaginal muscles to lose their tone.
Please read some of the messages in the "Excite club archives" section about stretching and Kegel exercises.

This is a new one for me. Hopefully Zappaz will look in one of these days and have a suggestion.

Well, one obvious other thing to do is to massage her clitoris while you play your stretching games. That's what Cindy and I do a lot.

I agree with Joe about this. The vagina will never stay open nearly as large as it will stretch open.
The use of the method you are using is probably as fast as any method I know about for those who want to try to reach their maximum possible size. The vibrator may help with relaxation as well as stimulation. Most new stretching is right at the opening region of the vagina and muscles must relax to allow new stretching without pain.
The itching may be some individual thing, as most do not report that even though they may use the balloon from a blood pressure cuff to stretch to very huge sizes.
