Inflation Method
From: zappaz1 Sent: December 2, 1999 Message 1 of 5
Preparing for fisting
This is a very old method of preparing for fisting or large
stretching and was used many years before the inflatable commercial
dildos were marketed.
I have known quite a few ladies (over 30) who use (or years ago used)
a substitute for the modern commercial dildos, but in doing so it
requires rather extreme care and patience.
I mention this as the cost is negligible compared to the commercial
dildos now sold, and the method seems to remain almost unknown.
At least it remains unknown except to myself and a very small minority
of those who do large stretching, as well as a few to whom I have
mentioned the method to on the internet (and probably have not tried
it... as I have mentioned it but make no recommendations to use it).
I have decided at this point to share this knowledge, but insist that
it never be used in a sadistic or masochistic manner, as great harm
could result. The key to using this method is not to experience true
pain with it, and to always do enough Kegel exercises daily to
maintain strong vaginal tone (as I have insisted on in connection
with any type vaginal stretching elsewhere on this site). Any new
vaginal stretching must be in very small increments, and done
gradually without causing pain.
The method came to my attention from an obstetrics nurse who
started using the method because she was single and wanted to know
what it felt like to give birth. I dare not tell you how many many
years ago that was, but suffice to say it was after the mid 50's when
Dr. Arnold Kegel's studies of strengthening the pubococcygeus muscles
were published and were first know as a way to make the vaginal tone
better. The nurse both knew about Kegels and had also noticed a few
rare women who had experienced orgasms at the time of delivery and had
no painful difficulty at all with the passage of the baby (even though
they had painful "labor pains" before the final passage). This is
very rare to have an orgasm as the infant passes out of the vagina,
but she wanted to have the same experience without actually having a
child.
She was a very large lady, and very intelligent. She knew about
using Kegel exercises to keep vaginal tone (strength) good and she had
heard somewhere that a woman had used a bag or balloon removed from
the cloth cuff of a blood pressure cuff for vaginal stimulation.
She decided to try this and to avoid laxity of the vaginal opening
or loss of tone she started on a intensive program of Kegel exercises.
She did these very frequently and took the blood pressure balloon out
of a cuff (like is done to wash the cloth cuff) but threw away the
cloth part and rolled the flat balloon around a wooden blunt rod.
There are several sizes of these balloons depending on the size of the
extremity being tested ranging from infant size, to child, to standard
adult, to large arm, to thigh sizes. The standard kit like you buy at
drug stores from 15 to 20 dollars, contains a cloth sac with a hole in
it to remove the latex bag (or balloon) for washing of the cloth sac.
It also has two hoses connected to the latex balloon with a meter on
the end of one hose, and an inflation bulb on the end of the other
hose. The inflation bulb also has a twist knob to inflate and deflate
the bag.
These hoses are about 5.5 inches from the longer end of the flat latex
bag. The entire bag or balloon is 8.5 inches long and very sturdy.
If you squeeze the inflation bulb about 30 times, the flat bag becomes
round and long being 8.5 inches long and about 3 inches across.
However if you roll the flat bag around a wooden blunt rod, it is only
an inch across and 8.5 inches long. If you inflate the bag until you
are tired (without inserting it of course) it will grow to beach ball
size and still will not break if you mash on it. It is very sturdy
but very inflatable. By inserting the bag rolled around the wooden
rod vaginally, and then turning the rod, the nurse found that the rod
came out leaving the rolled up balloon inside her (inserted vaginally
to whatever depth she was able to take). Then by pumping and counting
the number of squeezes on the inflation bulb, she would feel the bag
unroll at maybe 15 to 20 squeezes but still remaining a very loose bag
inside her. By the time she had 30 or more squeezes, it began to firm
up, and from then on it would inflate to whatever size "felt good".
Should you do this... buy a "new kit" and wash the balloon after
taking it out of the cloth sac. Never just keep squeezing as the bag
or balloon will grow to "any" size you make it and it would be
dangerous... just whatever is "your" size and feels good. If it starts
to hurt quit pumping and turn the release valve on the inflation bulb
counterclockwise to let off some air. Please, please don't get into
pain! Never never use an electric or electronic "self pumping" kit as
the balloon will just keep filling bigger and bigger with no
control... just the cheap old fashioned <$20 type. If you had to let
the pressure off in a hurry, pull one of the hoses off (off the meter
or the inflation bulb), but gradual deflation is usually better.
Now, this huge nurse confided in me that she had continued to
gradually use the balloon to enlarge her vagina and the opening of her
vagina to the point that she could then fill the balloon inside
herself and "give birth" to it with the same orgasms like she had
rarely noticed in OB deliveries.
Since that time over the years I have know quite a few who used this
method to prepare for fisting and other stretching. I did not
recommend the method, but once they were using it, I have insisted
that they do it very very gradually and do the daily Kegels like the
nurse did. The nurse and others have been able to tighten back up
their opening depending a lot on how often the do the Kegels, but
always do enough daily so you can tighten back in a few hours after
stretching. If you find you are becoming too lax, do not continue
this method until your Kegels start working well.
Other women who have used this method sometimes use it as a substitute
for fisting when they don't have a regular partner. Some will fill
the bag until it feels good and turn it using the outside part.
Others will leave a little outside and bounce on it. Others have
orgasms by using one hand to rub their clitoris and the other to
rhythmically squeeze the part of the bag on the outside to make the
part on the inside swell in rhythm to their squeezing. Others press
their legs together to squeeze a part of the bag outside the vagina an
make the inside swell. Others "dance" with it mostly inside and the
legs making the outside part compress to the rhythm. A rare few can
take the entire 8.5 inches and then give birth to it. Some can shoot
out a bag several feet with tightening up on it... and enjoy doing
that.
Most have told me they become very moist using the balloon. All this
may sound great, but you must be very very careful in using this
method... if you try it at all.... and I am only disclosing this as it
is an old method that is relatively unknown and make no
recommendations to the individual safety of its use.
I can see where in women with hysterectomies or weak tissue, or past
vaginal surgery, or low hormone levels or with radiation treatments,
and many many other medical conditions that there would be a total
contraindication to its use. If only filled to the extent of the
commercial $$ inflatable dildos, I can see where it would be a equal
or better substitute. Since it can be pumped to "any" size "in the
wrong hands" it could be something very very bad. If it were used at
all, I would guess that "personal usage only" would be safer than
letting a partner (unless totally trusted) do the pumping.
All the above is for information only. I "do not" recommend "you" or
any individual use this method. However, it is something that has
been used for many years (totally unpublished... as far as I know).

I have not actually seen it in use for over a year, but some on the
internet "say" they have tried it. In the past, the ones I know "for
sure" that did use this method "just loved it".
The other users (I chat with via the internet) assure me it is the most
wonderful thing for orgasms they know about. It is rather difficult to
be "very sure" about internet testimonials.
I have no pictures of it being used... other than those that are my
buried in my own memory :-). I am sure some will be available once this
method is more widely used.
A video showing a "birthing fantasy" using this would be interesting. I
have observed that first hand... and it is amazing.
I only know of one person who bought a non-latex kit. That was purchased
because of a severe allergy to latex. The non-latex balloons are
slightly different in construction than the latex ones. However, the
lady using it does not have a fisting partner and wanted a BP balloon
very badly. She is on the heavy side and has wonderful orgasms with it.
She uses it almost exclusively (except for eggplants) to get multiple
orgasms. She likes to dance with in it. She frequently squeezes the
outside part for orgasms, and even likes bounce on it.
She can only insert it to about 7.5 inches depth. She also loves to
tighten up on it, and then squirt it out... sometimes even off the bed
:-)
This pushing it out is similar to the "birthing fantasy" that others use
the BP balloons for, except in this particular case, the lady does not
insert the "entire balloon" before pushing it out.

Zapazz1,
Thanks for your interesting article on using the BP bladder. I have never seen the actual bladder before, but question is: Are they all seamless or is there a seam along the sides? The reason I ask is, I have seen internet site (Drug Stores, etc.) that talk about a 360 degree bladder being better for taking bp's. I would imagine that a 360 degree or seamless would be better suited for activities that you were describing? I visited a local Walgreen's store yesterday and saw the kit for only $19.95 (including stethascope), but I don't think there was a way to remove the bladder and see as to whether or not the bladder had a seam.
Thanks
