This is a very old method of preparing for fisting or large stretching and was used many years before the inflatable commercial dildos were marketed.

I have known quite a few ladies (over 30) who use (or years ago used) a substitute for the modern commercial dildos, but in doing so it requires rather extreme care and patience.

I mention this as the cost is negligible compared to the commercial dildos now sold, and the method seems to remain almost unknown.

At least it remains unknown except to myself and a very small minority of those who do large stretching, as well as a few to whom I have mentioned the method to on the internet (and probably have not tried it).

I have decided at this point to share this knowledge, but insist that it never be used in a sadistic or masochistic manner, as great harm could result. The key to using this method is not to experience true pain with it, and to always do enough Kegel exercises daily to maintain strong vaginal tone (as I have insisted elsewhere on this site). Any new vaginal stretching must be in very small increments, and done gradually without causing pain.

I'm lucky in that I can get oversized "normal" dildoes and inflatables at many of the adult stores here and I also have a contact that is able to get or make special requests for me.

Largest "normal" dildoes I have seen are, I beleive, 21 or 22 inches around and I've seen and used custom dildoes and inflatables larger than that. So they are out there just the matter of finding them. I would imagine places like California and Germany would have dildoes of that size or larger.

Of course, the cheap and easy way to go is one, two, and three liter bottles filled with warm water. =)

Hey all,

My girlfriend and I just got those inflatable ones from www.bigsextoystore.com mentioned above, plan to use them this upcoming weekend! The normal one isnt really all that big, but the Xtra Large one is huge! I got to show them to my girlfriend, and her eyes lit up when she saw them, sort of a mix of fear and lust, it was great!

zappaz, I looked around here at a number of different stores for the child sized blood pressure cuff. Couldnt find any local store that had them, they all had the adult ones, and could order the child ones. Since I didnt really have any pictures or anything to go by, and I wasnt sure what all to do about getting them I decided the inflatable dildos would be better for our first inflatable. Seems to be easier and simpler, and much more, uhh, palatable to introduce to a girlfriend new to fisting. True, I probably spent more, but I think this worked out better.

However, I think that the blood pressure cuff will expand much more, and to those familiar with fisting it may be even more enjoyable. Once we get bored with these inflatable dildos we will probably try out the blood pressure cuff. In any case, thanks for the info in the files section, you have helped us out a great deal.

For those that have tried out inflatable dildos, any advice for us? We've heard they get slippery, and that it might be fun to fill them with warm water? Anyone tried this? Did you just have a bowl by the bed, or get in the tub or what?

Trickle69, your comments about inflatables are interesting. Child or infant sized ones are best for those with a smaller pelvic opening, and cheapest when ordered over the internet. Medical supply stores locally usually stock them (at higher cost). I don't know how large your "Xtra Large" inflatable (you mentioned) is. But, remember you will maximally only be able to stretch the distance between your pinbones. That distance is easily measured. You may not need the very huge things Dandylyon (above) mentions.

Dandylyon25 above, mentiones 21 and 22 inch regular type dildos. That is a very large size... but of course the blood pressure balloons will go up to any size you pump them up to. Not many would have a pinbone distance well over 6 inches across... allowing them to use such a 21 or 22 inch (around) dildo, like she mentions.

I even doubt if many can take in those 21 or 22 inch around dildos, as that is the "exact same size as an adult head"!!!

Such a vaginal adult "head swallowing" is only "possible" in one woman in less than 5,000 and is only "done" in one in millions. It is probably the rarest of vaginal stretching fetishes. Only a rare and tiny few people have that fetish, and in most I have known with that fetish, it is just a fantasy, as they have never even done it. Strangely, I know more women who would like to insert their head into another's vagina than men who want to do it. It requires a distance between the pinbones that only one woman in an average of 5,000 women have. So, it is indeed a rare fetish! You will probably not see this fetish shown, on the internet.. at least soon. That is, unless it suddenly becomes a lot more popular fetish, in that very small fraction of huge women "capable" of doing it. I have never seen a club for vaginal "head swallowing"... which speaks to how very rare it is. I doubt that there is even much information available on the subject. The Very Huge ladies that rarely practice this fetish most likely started their stretching by using blood pressure balloons to prepare for it, as that is the very fastest way to stretch.

For your purposes, the commercial type inflatable dildos, you mention, will probably be just fine to prepare for single handed fisting, unless you are a "huge lady". So, you may not need a blood pressure balloon to try to stretch faster. The "Xtra Large" inflatable you purchased, may work just fine.

I know what you mean about the pinbones being the limiting factor in stretching, though. Joe and I play with bottles, but my pinbones do not like large hard objects. My cunt prefers softer things, like a big rubber dildo that will fill me up nicely while molding itself to my shape.
