The head appears to be coming out, and the ring of the opening appears to be clinging to the head, as the head and first part of the earlobes try to slide out. The opening ring looks to be pulled about an inch forward as the head pulls out. It makes me wonder just how far the head went inside before trying to slide out? Anyway, I liked it!
