I think the answer is "it depends". This has certainly happened with Cindy, as she likes the feeling of being stretched, and during the early years when we did fisting she'd often say "deeper, please fist me deeper", and her vagina did slowly stretch in that direction, as well as becoming larger around.

On the other hand (ha ha), if the woman does not particularly like the feeling of being stretched depth wise and the partner doesn't try to go deeper then I don't think the vagina will stretch much in that direction.

Speaking as a (non-practcing) doctor who likes to take her girlfriends hand; the vagina is suprisingly short, typically 12to 14 cm. Though if you count the recto-uterine pouch (the very top end of the vagina, under and beyond the cervix) you could add maybe another 4 cm. However the vagina does allow for expansion in depth as well as width, but only in so much as it is lax ly fixed within the pelvic organs.

Some women do like the sensation of taking something deeper, I do. I think that it is the feelings of movement on the other organs neighbouring my vagina, my bladder and rectum particularly. The 'full' feeling inside me is very satisfying, and I believe it satisfies a very basic urge within, that being the urge to open up to my lover and allow her into me, and the urge to be taken. I like it when my grilfriend gets her fingers into that pouch, so that the pads of her fingers are effectively caress the body of my womb. It produces the most interesting orgasm.

That fits with my recent measurement of the depth of Cindy's vagina, which was 19 cm. using a very fat dildo. See picture cindy355 in the "Cindy Visits Joe's Dungeon" series. Cindy said afterwards that she thought she could have taken a less fat dildo a bit deeper. We'll have to check that one of these days. :-)

On another thread on this message board some members were discussing a girl who works under the name "The Amazing Ty", and it was claimed that her vaginal depth is 14 inches (35.6 cm.)!

I was speaking of the vaginal depth in its normal state. If you then push some thing into it and keep pushing it in the vagina will allow it by effectively moving inwards with the invading object. Take the object out and the vagina resorts to its normal state.
