I've seen a longer (1 min.) but lower resolution version of this clip, without Spanish (?) subtitles. I guess it must come from a video tape originally.

It looks to me like the girl is real from the waist up, while her lower body and legs are made of plastic or rubber or something. You can see she's wearing something around her waist to hide the junction.

Does anyone know where this comes from originally?

I downloaded the 1.19 mbyte clip of this but the site where I found it does not still have it. It is a much clearer clip than the short version. It shows a bald male head being inserted into a fairly realistic looking (probably latex prosthetic) vagina fitted below a small to medium sized lady whose midriff is clothed (to hide the prosthetic attachment).

This clip is erotic, but of course is a fake.

I do not know where you can find a real, full video of this activity. Of course, it is a very very rare activity, and as far as I know has only been done with very huge (veritable giantess type) ladies using a different method. This clip is also shown to be a fake by the method the insertion is done. Real head insertions are done with the head face up (instead of the direction shown in this clip). The back and top of the head is pushed back... sometimes pushing the feet against a wall for more backward pressure. The head is very very slowly worked inside by wiggling and then titling the head backward. This particular method is used to take advantage of the smaller head diameters for the huge stretch required.
