Thank you Praeditus for posting your nice fake picture.

My post mentioned that "Adult Vaginal Head Swallowing" is the very maximally possible vaginal stretching fetish, and I have known several people with the fantasy part of this. Actually, I know more ladies than men who have this fantasy, and would like to try doing it.

Even very few doctors have ever heard of real cases. It is very rare. The only cases I ever heard about were in women who were absolutely huge ladies (very very tall and big boned types) who had the pelvic size to do it.

It was not done in the manner shown above, but is done with the big lady's hips up on pillows, or with her pelvis tilted backward and her legs resting each on a chair to her sides (so she can stay relaxed for a long time). The person with the head being inserted will lie between her legs, and on their back. Their lubricated head just leans backward and presses very firmly against the vaginal opening. Then they will roll their head side to side and up and down, as the back of their head presses firmly deeper and deeper, while it slowly sinks into the vaginal opening. One doctor mentioned a case where the head would go all the way inside, and a small breathing tube was used, from the mouth to the outside, to prevent asphyxiation. This was done because the vaginal rim will close around the neck. Also, this is done because the head (once inside) is left inside the vagina for quite a long time, and the opening will tighten even more around the neck. The head has to be "slowly" worked out again after they have several orgasms. One doctor had heard of this being done without the whole head going in.. and then no breathing tube is needed with the back of the head in up to the nose or mouth. I would think the tube might still be needed.. just in case :-)

This is such a very very rare fetish, that we may not find anyone willing to make a picture for us for quite some time. When we do, it will show a huge lady... and probably her partner will be a small man or lady with a smallish sized head. It will probably be done as above described, as the size of a head fits more easily into a vagina, when fitted inside in this manner.

Maybe someone has some real pictures, but I have not seen any images or videos of this that were not probable fakes. The picture "headfukd.jpg" found on the members section (supposedly taken after a head removal) is possibly a fake, although it "looks like" something big just came out.

Fantasies, fortunately, are free, and non-harmful as long as you don't try to force them on an unwilling partner.

I think you are right about this being a harmless fantasy. The reports I mentioned of actually doing it, are second hand. I also mentioned I know people who would "like to try doing it".. I was not speaking of myself, although it is an very interesting fantasy.

My curiosity is aroused however, as I know about and have seen a pelvis near the very maximum range of pelvic size. I know this is certainly "possible" as a practiced fetish. Even for ladies with the very rare pelvis that is "large enough", very very few would do it, and its actual practice would only be by one lady out of millions. Doing it could even be dangerous. As a fantasy it is certainly harmless. (I mention this fetish as the "Maximum Possible" vaginal stretching fetish and am certainly not advocating it.)

Also, for those who e-mail me about this, I can not truthfully tell them "their fantasy" is impossible.
For those that have this fantasy, knowing it can be done at the very rare and extreme fringe of size keeps them going... I suppose.. lol If there were a video available, I could not restrain my curiosity and would view it :-)

I noticed in various "sexual records" pages on the internet that a Linda Manning of Los Angeles can totally vaginally insert a lubricated "American Football".

It would be interesting to see images of this.

Certainly if she can do this, an adult head could also be easily inserted... as the 22 to 23 inch circumference of these footballs is the same (and often larger) than the maximum circumference of adult heads :-) Some adult heads are much smaller. I'm afraid that it sounds like "urban legend" stuff to me. Still, it does make a nice fantasy, and if/when I saw pictures I might be willing to believe it.

You may have already answered this once (my memory is getting worse and worse), but are there reliable statistics about the largest babies that have been born completely "naturally"? I.e., not c-section and not even clipping in the tissue around the vaginal opening.

Joe, the largest personal experience delivering a baby was about 14 pounds. It was a first baby and the mother was 6' 2+" near 400 pounds.

She had done some stretching before delivery and of course had no need for cutting. There was no tear and the mother even enjoyed the passage. The head was 16 inches around and the shoulders measured 9.5 inches across. I noticed that the shoulders were much larger than the head at passage, as is true of all very large babies delivered.

I was curious to see how much the shoulders compressed and tried to use fingers to estimate the width of the shoulder passage. I estimated 7.5 inches as the maximum stretch. In the past I found that shoulders can compress as much as a third as they come out (so, 2/3 times 9.5 would only be 6 1/3 inches across). I do not believe the shoulders in this one I delivered (7.5 inches) compressed as much as some others I have seen.

After delivering such a large baby I looked up what I could find about the largest ones delivered naturally, and found quite a few very very large ones described in various medical journals, that were delivered vaginally with no tears.

A lady in Sale City Georgia who was not as tall but had a justo-major (large type) pelvis was described by her OB doctor in a medical journal as delivering a 25 pound baby with no problems at all, and the shoulders were 12 inches across. He told how amazed he was at the huge stretch by the shoulders and how much wider it was than the stretch by the 19 inch circumference head of the infant.

I also found several delivered naturally without tears that were over 20 pounds and several had heads the size of small adult heads. Three had shoulders measured at 12 inches across and those that described these deliveries remarked about how much more stretch there was with the shoulders than with the heads. One 7 ft giantess also delivered such a baby.. she also had no tears.

Because of shoulder "compression" at the time of delivery, I would say that the "largest vaginal stretches recorded and observed by the medical profession" would be at least 2/3 of the 12 inch shoulder span... making __8 inches__. This 8 inches would be a "front-to-back" stretch of the vagina as the shoulders seldom come out sideways.

If the ratio were the 7.5in/9.5in or .79 ratio (like I measured the one above) times 12 inches would make it a "9.5 inch stretch" for the largest ever observed. I seriously doubt it was that great however, as more shoulder compression probably took place with those deliveries over 20 pounds.

There is little doubt in my mind that vaginas have stretched and can stretch over 8 inches. This is very rare.
