Vaginal tone can be very good or very bad. This relates to how strong the
muscles can contract. Those women who do daily Kegel exercises have the
best tone and even those that stretch to almost unbelievable sizes can still
tighten up tightly on two fingers.

The time it takes to get the tone back to the state I mentioned varies
markedly from one woman to the next and I think is partly related to how
strictly she follows her Kegel exercises as well as other factors such as
hormonal levels. Age, nutrition, and heredity are also involved.

After near maximal stretching the range of time required to get the tone
back (in those I know) has ranged from fifteen minutes to three or four
hours in the ones that do their daily Kegel exercises. In the others who do
not use Kegels, tone may remain poor... so ladies DO YOUR DAILY KEGELS. Do
them by tightening onto a small dildo for best results. Save the big dildos
for fun and stretching :-)

Remember to avoid bladder injuries. The Kegel exercises help keep your
bladder function good, as well as allow easier stretching and help good
vaginal tone. Bladder function is also related... to a lesser degree... to
injuries such as "too rapid" childbirth... which "if hurried" tears instead
of stretching, especially around the bladder and bladder neck.

Also, remember to avoid extreme stimulation of the bladder side of the
vagina and its opening region. This is important as severe roughness in
this region can lead to urethrocele and loosen the support of the bladder
itself... leading to cystocele. Anything that tears instead of stretches is
bad, and extreme roughness can tear... just like bad OB care.

These problems are not common in people who do fisting mainly because most
are not into "extreme" stimulation of the front (or bladder side) of the
vagina. Doing Kegels daily can even help on these old childbirth and other
bladder injuries that causes tissue to drop and urine to be lost easily...
so always do your daily exercises. Most "do not" do their Kegels the correct
way. Kegel himself was a taskmaster but he reported over 90 percent had very
marked inprovement or clearing of stress incontinence (urine loss on
straining) while modern day surgery is not nearly that good.

Keep up your Kegels ... daily.

It is very important for those who do vaginal fisting to know about keeping and Maintaining Good Vaginal Tone.
