Message:   Advice needed

From: missfistfucker     Sent: 18 Feb. 2002     Message 1 of 3

hi zappaz1, i have a problem which i hope you can give some advice to. just latley whilst i am being fisted when i orgasm i am gripping my partners fist so hard that i end up making myself bleed, the orgasm is so huge and he says that the gripping on his hand is unbelievable. he is not rough at all very gentle to be precise but this bleeding happens and we have to stop our session. i bleed for about a day then it stops there is no other discomfort, only after the orgasm when it feels sore. he is also really careful when removing his hand he waits till i have finished so i know it isn't anything to do with that. have you heard of this before? is there anything you can advise?. just one more thing i don't bleed with a normal non fisting orgasm. please help. (if you can) many thanks missfistfucker. ps we managed 2 hands today BIG BIG HUGE orgasms!!!

Hi missfistfucker!
It's been a long time.... just read you question and wanted to say congatulations with the 2 hands ;)

missfistfucker ,

Congratulations on the double fisting. A 'vaginismus' or vaginal spasm from any cause (even orgasm) can be a very strong muscular contraction of the muscles near the opening.

However, it is still unusual to get bleeding from a spasm such as you describe without any movement at the time from the hand or wrist. The bleeding could be right at the opening or higher up. If it is not at the opening, there would be more chance that the problem is a condition that requires medical attention,

However I would recommend a pelvic check up to see if anything else (such as raw areas from several other possible causes) is the source of the bleeding.
