Jman,
Many women have first second, or third degree procidentia (in third degree the uterus comes outside). This is usually a weakness of the utero-sacral ligaments and broad ligaments and is not related to fisting or vaginal stretching. I have even seen virginal women with third degree procidentia. Naturally straining pushes it down lower.
In facesitting, if the vaginal opening is large, sometimes the lower face (being sat on) will enter the vagina to some depth, and the cervix could reach the mouth even if the uterus stayed inside.

Zap, thanks for the info! Very interesting! I just posted a pic in the members photo section at the bottom titled: "Open cunt showing the cervix". It sure looks like this open cunt pic that shows her cervix without using a speculum may fit maybe somewhere near the 2nd degree of what you were talking about in your post above since it appears that the cervix is very near the outside of her vagina.
