Questions about urethral stretching
From: zappaz1 Sent: January 19, 2000 Message 1 of 3
I get emails and questions about what is safe or not to do. One thing I consider unsafe is this:
"Forget about urethral stretching".
There have been cases where people died from pyelonephritis due to putting objects in their urethras.
It may feel good initially, but wait until you get a bleeding raw urethritis or bleeding interstitial cystitis from doing this.
There are medical cases where urethral stretching admits a penis... but those all reported these kinds of severe infections.
If you do much urethral stretching, you may think you are "going blind"... but the blindness will only be due to your own tears... from the extremely severe pain of urethritis and cystitis :-)
Best to stick with something designed by millions of years of our evolution.. to stretch wide... LOL

I agree Zap, though I have seen many who do it with apparently no problems, I wouldn't try it. The bladder is supposed to be absolutely sterile--otherwise painful infections occur.
One thing I do enjoy alot is stimulating the urethral opening as if it were a clit--it feels as good as rubbing my clit. So far I have not had any problems doing this, and don't plan to go any further with that.

Gina, what you describe is probably safe.
The only exception to this is in a few cases I have seen that used "extreme" repeated and "rough" stimulation right over the tube from the bladder to the outside (the urethra) and over time, they loosened up the support of their lower bladder and this tube from the bladder to the urinary opening.
This results in the tissue "sort of falling down" when the connective tissue that holds it up is "torn like this" and they loose urine and sometimes even choose to have surgery to fix the problem.
However this cystocele and urethrocele problem can often be tolerated without surgery. Vaginal surgery often puts an end to fisting due to the stricture and scarring that it can create.
