Hi Sanimo,

I'm not completely sure I understand your message, but I think that you're asking if stretching activities of the kind we promote here at "Cindy and Joe" will make it easier for a woman to give birth.

I'm not a doctor, but my understanding is that the difficulties we women have in giving birth usually have to do with two things: the stretching of the cervix, and then later the stretching of the vaginal opening. Stretching of the cervix can be very painful, especially during the first birth. Stretching of the vaginal opening can result in tearing that is both painful and can cause healing problems.

Vaginal fisting and pussy stretching should make the stretching of the vaginal opening much easier during birth. Some doctors (including a retired gynecologist who used to be a member of "Cindy and Joe") actually recommend that pregnant women get their husband/partner to massage the vaginal opening and/or stretch it. So on this point you are right: "a big stretched pussy" should make giving birth easier.

As for the stretching of the cervix, this will not be helped by the activities we talk about on this web site. Remember, we very strongly warn that the cervix must not be penetrated in any sexual games - this could result in serious health problems.

Again, I'm not completely sure what you mean. If you're talking about the feeling of giving birth contra the feeling of pussy stretching sexual activities, then my own experience is that they can't be compared at all. Giving birth is hard physical work and is always associated with a certain amount of pain. Sexual games are sexy and feel wonderful. :-)

stretching before my first child. Again, kudos to your eloquent response.
