As to the double fisting you asked about, just frequent painless stretching in little increments is the best method. There are many ways discussed on the site... to do vaginal stretching.

If you think of the vaginal opening as having 12 hour marks you can hold steady pressure down and to the sides at 4:30 and 7:30 by using lubricated fingers from each hand (at the same time) at both those positions. First hold steady pressure for a few minutes to allow relaxation, and then begin sliding back and forth the lubricated fingers of one hand along the rim about 1 1/2 hour marks distance each way along the rim on that side... while pulling slightly outward... holding steady 'counter traction' with the fingers of the other hand. Then do the same thing on the other side.

The vaginal rim stretches best this way. This is called 'ironing out the perineum' and I used this just before vaginal deliveries to relax and stretch the opening (usually doing this, an episiotomy can be avoided). Over a period of weeks, more fingers could be added from each hand until the maximum comfortable result is found. When 4 fingers of each hand fit in. to each side... with a little space between... you are close to your double fisting goal. Just go slow and nothing painful. A few women just naturally stretch very easily with this method and it is also a quick method to see if a lady can deliver a baby without an episiotomy (cutting the rim of the opening). As there are a few conditions where large stretching should not be done, before doing any large vaginal stretching... consult your doctor.

With the two largest vaginal openings that I ever saw, I checked them by using this method... and the openings far exceeded anything seen on the internet. Several other hands could easily have been fitted into the opening seen above my inserted hands at 4:30 and 7:30 pressing down and to the sides. Don't expect to get near that large, as these were veritable giantesses and each had very large pelvic bones almost twice as wide a normal. From your size... in your pictures... do not expect to exceed what is seen on the internet.

Just remember not to produce any pain... as gentle small and frequent sessions would work the best. Glad you are having fun.
