Stretching for Health
From: zappaz1 Sent: April 19, 2000 Message 1 of 6
For your health sake when pregnant, I have mentioned before you need to ask your OB doctor about stretching before delivery. I have recommended this all my life and even done a little extra stretching right during the delivery to prevent tears or the need to cut the opening.
Finally.. this procedure is beginning to be recognized as a wonderful "NEW WAY" to prevent such complications. I suppose what I did so many many years was the "OLD.. new way".
An anthropologist who studies African tribes who have done this for thousands of years would even think _their way_ was the "OLD, OLD, OLD.. new way" :-) LOL

I forgot to mention that now that this "routine vaginal stretching" before delivery has become "standard practice" in medicine, our club membership will increase... several times over!!
Almost all the women in the studies liked doing it and said they will repeat it... so that will lead to fisting and other pleasures from vaginal stretching at a rate never heard from before. It removes any stupid public taboo about doing vaginal stretching and opens the way for vaginal stretching to become a very very "common fetish".
This will come about as soon as the huge orgasms it brings on are discovered by those preparing for delivery... while they are doing their "routine vaginal stretchings".
In the past I was one of the minority in the medical field recommending this. I particularly remember one lady who did it before her first baby and delivered a near 14 pounder with absolutely no problems. She even told me she liked giving birth... and was one of the few I have seen that I could tell relished it :-)

Zappaz,
I just read the article you referenced and noticed "stretching of the internal tissue using oil lubrication." What type of oil lubricants function the best? Most of what I've seen recommended on this and other discussion groups recommend a water based lubricant. Can you explain this discrepancy.
Thanks,
S

Possibly these study groups had some indigent people who could not afford the more expensive lubricants. Or possibly those doing the study didn't know about our club... :-) LOL < grin >
Most lubricants "work". I always recommended KY or KY types.
Oils, both organic (lard and cooking oils) and mineral oils, are cheaper if price is a consideration. They work, but are not as compatible with rubber and some other materials.. they are also greasey, "messy" and more difficult to clean up.
Personally I like the water soluble things like KY best, even though they dry out faster.
I do not recommend any "soap" type materials as they can be irritating... even though they are slick (if you are an auto-racing fan don't even think about using "Slick 50", as it has never been tested :-)... lol).

Oil lubes can also cause more infections than water based lubes do. They are harder to clean out as well.
Baby oil can cause bladder infections from the fragrance added to it.

But Gina, it is not up to us to tell those doing their first time study on "vaginal stretching" what dumb lubricants to use. They will find out maybe, if they do a "second study" ... LOL
For any "follow-up" medical studies, probably the KY Company will sponser it and give "FREE" samples!! :-)
If our club size goes "way up", I will buy stock in KY :-) < grin >
