Hi kids! I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your site and wish you all the luck in producing a fun and 'loving' site. I for one don't think that fisting is necessarily a 'dirty' act, but one that each partner can enjoy and explore their relationship deeper (no pun intended) My wife and I have been fisting ever since my wife was pregnant with our second son. It was something that we both discussed and thought it might be fun to try and besides that pregnant women are a turn on for me as well. =) We started off with doing perineal massage to stretch her vaginal walls to the point where I could stick four fingers not compressed together into her. I noticed when I finally was able to slip into her, It was easier to do it palm up.I still remember it to this day. It was a very emotional experience for both of us. During her pregnancy she experimented with large objects and the biggest was a one litre pop bottle and that blew my mind at the time. Needless to say, my wife never tore or had trouble with birthing our second son. We still have a healthy sex life and still fist to this day. It has become apart of us. Apart of our bonding and growing together. We have made a private video that we watch on occasion and I am still working on getting a video capture card so that I can grab some stills. I would love to share some of my favorites with you all. We, like Dandelion live in BC, Canada. Would love to see some 'birthing' pics cheryl if you would feel so desired to. If not thats ok too. My wife and I are both 27 and look forward to many years of fisting together. i also look forward to corresponding with like practitioners. Until then happy fisting. =)

Several birthing centers are beginning to advocate perineal massage "before" birth to prevent tearing or episiotomies at the time of birth. Often the husband is trained to do this for his wife. This works very well if started a few weeks before the delivery time.

Of course, this must be combined with Kegel exercises for maintenance of good vaginal tone. The Kegels even help "with allowing" the introitus to stretch.

Incidentally for centuries, Native Africans have been doing this same thing for their pregnant ladies (usually the stretching is done by the older women of the tribe, instead of the husband). Needless to say, those that do this have no tearing at the time of birth.

Seems that modern obstetrical technique has taken a long time to catch up with those ancient "tribal ways" :-) Sometimes we are humbled by ancient knowledge.

I would like to say hello , Im new to this site and have not gotten all the way yet! lol but plan to we are stretching now. But would like to say, Boy I wish I had done some of these stretching before my daughters birth . I tore really bad and it took months to heal up ! Hope to chat with others around here !

We definately found it helped and that we grew more intimate afterwards. It (perineal massage) was a wonderful exprience that I would and do recommend to any prospective mother I meet.
