Hi Zappaz,

I found the following message on a Yahoo club message board:

"My partner really gets off having her cervix massaged and finger-tip penetrated during fisting. Anyone else had good or bad results with this?
Medics of course say "DONT!" - but they're a pessimistic crowd IMX.

Hi Cindy,

In the more distant past, this subject was brought up on this group. Basically the medical
profession has good reason to frown upon trying to insert things... even fingers... into the uterus.

You will probably remember the many incidents about home abortions where objects have been
inserted into the cervix.. and then on into the corpus of the uterus.. to attempt abortion. There
have been very many such cases that resulted in death (from both hemorrhage and from
infection. Infection inside the uterus is called endometritis. This plus hemorrhage can lead to
shock and often septicemia (blood poisoning) with death of the mother. Naturally this is much
less common here in the USA now that the US Supreme Court ruled abortions are legal and can
be done under the better conditions of clinics and hospitals.. using aseptic or more sterile
conditions and also under anesthesia.

Even if there is no pregnancy within the uterus those problems can occur due to the type of tissue
within the uterus. This tissue is very friable and filled with blood vessels so infection can enter
the blood stream very easily, and severe hemorrhage can be induced.

It is also very painful to most women to open the cervix, and that is the reason anesthesia is done
for these medical procedures (usually D & C) where the cervix of the uterus is stretched (or
dilated). Occasionally some women have a type of cervix called an incompetent cervix where the
cervix for a short distance is open. Beyond that distance lies the endometrium with all the
problems associated with introducing anything into the body (or corpus) of the uterus. So even
these women should hot have anything forced deeper into the uterus due to the mentioned
dangers.

I simply mention this to point out a few of the reasons why doctors are against putting
ANYTHING into the uterus... unless it is done by trained people for medical reasons. There are
also many reasons from a medical standpoint not to put anything into your urethra or your urinary
bladder. The vagina has evolved to be able to cope with insertions... LOL

Nature didn’t plan on uterine or bladder insertions!!

Just to put another 2 cents on the subject. Dialating he cervix with an instrument or finger can allow air into the uterus and if a scratch occurs to the lining of the uterus an air embolism is possible. Rather slim chance but an air embolism can cause death when the air bubble reaches the heart. On the other hand, after our last child was born my wifes cervix was stretched enough that I could insert a finger easily without pain. (several months after) I found that her cervix was rather long and I could insert my middle finger to the first knuckle and still not be in her uterus. This was enough penitration to jostle her cervix and uterus as well as....what ever else was moving in there, intestines and stuff? This lead to an incredible orgasm however she hasn't let me do it again since then.

There is a book called the x-tasy spot by Debbie Tideman that talks about and describes techniques to stimulate the cervix to orgasm. (Not using penitration however.) I got it but again my wife doesn't care to try Debbies techniques.

Lastly a technique I used on an old girl friend (My wife doesn't fist, the cervix thing was a one time deal. But my old girl friend did.) Anyway once your fist is in to a vagina, fingers over thumb, open your index finger and thumb to form a little hole, slip this over the cervix and gently sqeeze it out like your sqeezing a bar of soap but it slips out of your hand. Be careful not to push the uterus to far up into the abdomin. If her broad ligaments that support the uterus aren't flexible it can be painful. She needs to be fairly turned on ahead of time because as you gently squeeze the cervix out of your hand there is a small wave of orgasmic pleasure. When a woman orgasms here cervix and uterus bare down or dip down into the vagina with the muscle spasm. This is involentary and rather subtle at first, that's when you open the little hole again and you find that she has just unintentionally put her cervix back into the little opening in your hand, then you squeeze it out again. Over and over, eventually she will begin to understand the dynamics of what causes the pleasure and will deliberatly want to bare down, to push her cervix toward the vaginal opening with her abdominal muscles. Now it starts getting real cool cause you can add a little resistance to her pushing her cervix down into the hole of your hand creating more pressure...more pleasure...more....more ....OOOHHH YES.

It's just like giving a hand job to a cock, just that the space is more cramped and the cock is smaller.

I'd think sticking something in a uterus would end up in sterilization at least, especially if it was as big as a finger.

Cervical Penetration is VERY dangerous.

I am a doctor, though I no longer practice, and I do fist with my girlfriend.

Doing this may result in:

- uterine rupture, if you are lucky you may not bleed to death. The uterus is has a very very comphrensive blood supply due to the nature of it function, this means that you could easily bleed out in less than ten minutes.
- uterine infection, again due to the very good blood supply infections here result in blood poisening very rapidly.
- Scarring and Sterility as a result of low grade infections.

Stimulating the cervix can be very pleasurable, but I do not suggest that you do it. The cells of the cervix are very delicate and you might trigger dsiplasia in the cells, these cells often become pre-cancerous. It would be better to gently caress the body of the uterus by slipping the fingers into the high end of the vagina and using the pads of your fingers facing upwards.

I can personally testify to the orgasm that this can give you. If feels like it is coming from much deeper inside your pelvis that is actually possible, and it feels like the contractions are inside your rectum and bladder as well, toe curling !
