Welcome to the community. Nice to see some more Danes here. There have also been a couple of others, a woman named Sarah if I remember right and a couple of guys. Glad to see the current political campaigns haven't removed your attention from sexual activities. (To non-Danes: we're having a general election here on the 20th of November.)

As for double-fisting, it's not something that you just start doing. It takes a while for the woman to stretch, in my case it took about a year of stretching activities before we succeeded. I can recommend that you read my first "story", which you can find by clicking on "Cindy's stories" over on the left under "Message Board".

I'm guessing the best position and best techniques are probably very individual, so my advice is basically that the woman should be in charge of the project. She should listen to her body and determine how best to do the stretching and how much stretching is OK and to stop whenever it feels like it's too much. Good luck.
