Hi All,

Firstly , can i saw how much my wife and I enjoy this website, its has given us some great idea in making our stretching even more fun.

At the moment, we are nearly there with my wife finding my hand just before the knuckles a bit too sore and has been getting a sore side a day later, does any one else have this same problem?

We don't use any lub at the moment but plan to use KY, is this suitable?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Does your wife have pains in her side the next day? As for general advice on stretching, see the answer I posted for John/Sandy a week ago.

Yes, definitely. An alternative I can recommend is an equivalent product that Boots sells under their own label quite a bit cheaper.
