My girlfriend as agreed to try insertion of large object and my full hand, fisting hopefully, this is tomorrow morning, I am so excited I can't wait. She assured me that she will manage no problem, me I am not so sure as she as never done this before and says she does not nead to practice as she as had chidren and its just the same, size wise she means. Any any advice on the subject.

Hi, if she says she is just the same size, then of course you will have no problems at all, as during the birth of an infant, the size is very much larger than just one hand and sometimes even as much as 4 or more adult hands.

Remember to use the perineal massage to get her up to size (by pressing down with as many lubricated inserted fingers as will fit and then massaging down and to the sides until the opening gradually gets large enough). Do this for several minutes or more before trying the whole hand.

You should have no problems at all, as most women can do fisting after a little practice (especially one who tells you she is "just the same size"... LOL)

I think there IS a difference in 'size' between a woman who has given birth and one who has not.
Once i played with a girl at a party (a funny story) and ended up fisting her.
This was her first try ever, but it was no problem for me to 'widen' her enough to get my hand inside even though we did not have any extra lube.
I suspect that besides her physical capabilities, there is an even more important psycholigical reason for my easy 'entry', and that is that she knew that she had been expanded to a mutch greater scale twice before wothout any damage (2 kids), so she wasn't intimitaded by the size of my hand. -A problem i have encountered with other girls numerous times....
She knew that it was possible, and therefore she wasn't scared... (er... and we were quite drunk too...... *lol*)

I agree with Satyros about having given birth being a psychological advantage if one is being introduced to vaginal fisting. Having given birth one is less scared of damage due to stretching down there. Assuming, of course, that the births have not been medically complicated and traumatic.

Good thing that FWI (fisting while intoxicated) isn't a crime :-)

You are correct that previous births sometimes help. A very famous Gynecologist once published a series of vaginal sizes in 100 consecutive examinations of his office patients. They agreed to let him test them up to the point the vaginal stretching remained comfortable.. so he took a little extra time in the exams.

Surprisingly the two largest vaginas in his series of 100 examined were in ladies who had never been married and had never given birth to a child. Both of those could easily take round objects well over 11 inches in diameter without discomfort, and very many in his series could very easily have done vaginal fisting. As you know, that usually takes considerably less size.

In many thousands examined, I also have also noticed that surprisingly, those in the same category he found are often times "even more capable" than those who have given birth, but have no series like his exact measurements... to publish... LOL

I think that in general, the ones who have given birth previously, are on the average more capable. It is only at the extremes where the often unmarried ones (with no previous births) tend to win out in size over those that have given birth. I have thought about this, but have no concrete answers (only conjecture). For some strange (unknown to me) reason this happens.
Judging from his study, and also by observation, about one in ten ladies examined, could do fisting with the adult hand, the very first try with little or no discomfort if she would simply take the time to relax first (given the time element needed to relax during an examination that number goes up on the average exam).

I find only about half that number (or one in twenty) are quite comfortable with my adult hand, when asked to rather quickly mention to me any sign of discomfort. Those given more time to relax where a deep exam is important.. (like in trying to find a possible ovarian cancer) more time to relax allows more ladies to stretch painlessly. One must remember that exams are sometimes stressful, but given more time for relaxation I am sure many more would be quite comfortable with this size stretching.

These numbers will probably vary a lot with the part of the World one lives in.. LO

Sorry above about the above mentioned "11 inches diameter"!! I have never seen anything that large.. lol

It should of course read "11 inches circumference", as the mentioned gynecologist used round balls for the examination. He had many of these especially made with very slight gradations in size. If one slightly larger ball caused some slight discomfort, it was not used in the series of cases even if it went inside the lady, as only the last "comfortable" one was measured and recorded as her vaginal size.

He mentioned he had seen many unmarried nulliparous ladies with the hymen still intact who could easily stretch the size their hymenal opening to the size a term infant's head!... he did not mention what he used for that measurement.. lol

He did mention that he had seen some ladies who could stretch the vaginal opening out to the very bones of the pelvic opening. (I have also noticed such ability, and also seen "intact hymens" in ladies of huge stretching size). He concluded that some of these ladies must have practiced gradual vaginal stretching to be able to do this without breaking the hymenal ring, as it usually breaks fairly easily. I can only conjecture (like he did) about this ability to keep the hymen intact and stretch so greatly
