Hi, i am female and very new to this, I have never been fisted, but is focus of many fantasies. Does it hurt? How long does it take to be able to be fisted? Most of your questions are answered here and there, but you will have to go through almost everything on this site to find all the answers. In general:
It does not hurt and is an "ultimate pleasure" if it is prepared for before being done, and it is not rushed into, with slow progress being accepted (when slow progress happens).
The preparation can often be done faster using many other forms of stretching, rather than attempting fisting over and over.
It can take minutes to years depending on the individual, and how much practice stretching you do.
Most can do it eventually, but certain medical, or even natural conditions, prevent it or make doing it contraindicated.
The majority of takers have longer and more intense "vaginal type" orgasms.. where many only had clitoral orgasms before doing fisting.
The majority of givers (like myself) derive great pleasure from the huge positive response of the takers. They take pride in being an effective but gentle partner.

Yes, and in some women it is contraindicated to do, even if it is painless.
Over the years, I have been surprised at what a large percent of women that I have examined that can take a hand painlessley when they relax. (I would never do this on one that felt pain doing it.) A much more complete pelvic exam can be done that way. I have found many important problems and diseases that otherwise would not have been discovered without the hand in.
There is a good sized percentage of women who can do fisting on the first try.. painlessly. So there are huge numbers of women who have never done fisting, that don't even know they could do it "comfortably" on the very first try.. and without any special preparation.
I think when more of these women discover this (as it would amount to many millions) our fetish will become very popular. This is because no other sexual fetish produces such amazing orgasms :-)
