my wife and i have been married for two years and are expecting our first child soon. we have good sex and are fairly open to exploring new things, but when i first mentioned fisting to her her first reaction was no way thats gross. i explained that it was something that i really wanted to try. but i am affraid to push her. i don't want to push her. i want her too want to do this as much as i do. so my question is how do i get her interested in this. is there some ways that i can get her into this. any advice will be greatly appriciated. thanks.

A fairly new trend in OB care is to let the husband do perineal massage a few weeks before delivery to stretch the introitus and prevent tearing or episiotomies at birth. There is a protocol for doing this.. including sanitary measures.

Only do this if her OB doctor ok's you doing it (and with your wife's permission also). If done, this should be combined with Kegel Exercises.

Usually this is pleasant for both members of the couple and clitoral stimulation may be done at the same time.

Here's some suggestions. Whether or not they are applicable to your wife and your relationship is very hard to know.

thanks , i will continue to try but even if it don't work i wil live without it i suppose. it is not a relationship breaker. i have showed her the pics here on the site with her reaction of being that it was something she was not interested in. but she does like it when i finger her and toys seem to be ok. i think that it will just take some time for her to become more familiar with what fisting is all about. again thanks to all.
