I guess this depends on how stretchy a woman's vagina is, and whether or not she feels pain from the organs around it when it starts to get stretched.

Cindy's vagina has always been very stretchable, and there was no problem stretching it such that my hand went past the cervix, which in Cindy is on the front side of the vagina, not at the end.

(I assume that this is what you mean by "going past the cervix". DO NOT try to enter the cervix!)

ok we understand now that you dont go past but just strech the inside moving the organs up as it does so

Yes I'd suggest LOTS of lube and also when your hand bottom's out inside, are you making sure to curl your fingers into a fist? This will make more room as well!
