I'm obviously not in a position to answer your question with authority, but you've asked it a couple of times before and "poop" has chosen not to answer, so I'll give you my opinion. Lynn's lips look perfectly normal to me. Women's inner lips can show a huge variation in size and shape, from practically non-existent to being large, meaty and protruding.

And just like with women's breasts, which can also vary from being quite tiny to being very large and pendulous, there are men who prefer small ones and men who prefer large ones and men who don't really care much. Likewise with men's cocks, which can also vary significantly in size.
