I don't know if this is applicable for women in general, but for me I've become more adventurous and uninhibited and interested in sexual activities as I got into my 40's and 50's. If this is typical, then that could explain why a majority of the women here are more mature.

On the other hand, we don't even know if that is the case, as there are no statistics available from MSN Groups as to the age and sex of the members. Perhaps younger women are too busy with careers and children to be interested in new kinds of sex. Also, there could be a lot of younger women here who are not as active on this Message Board as the older women.

Granted this is a relatively small sample, however, I think it probably acurately reflects the represented age groups.

But the original question was about women on this site, and I'm guessing the person who posted the question was thinking about the active women, i.e., ones who aren't here just because their male partner likes being here.

Still, I'm a bit surprised that only 25% of your sample was 40+ years old.
