The question has been posed several times, on this web site and others, as to whether or not a man can get pleasure from having sex with a woman whose pussy has become stretched and loose.

Hi, just got back from a trip, to find this interesting question as to the male response to a very large vagina.

Strauss, if you can put in both hands up to the wrists, but no further in, then it is not a problem of the opening, but one of the depth. Has your wife had a hysterectomy, as that shortens the depth?

Women can deepen their vagina some, but it is potentially a problem to gain much new depth as it might possibly cause vault prolapse and enterocele. Sounds like you will just have to be satisfied with the present depth you can get.

Women who have a very high umbilicus usually have more depth naturally without trying to deepen the vagina.

One of the members sent me this picture and suggested that I post it here. I decided that I would prefer not to do so.

I think that it is important that usage of erotic pictures implies a kind of agreement between the viewer and the person in the picture. The person in the picture has (hopefully) given permission that the pictures be used for erotic purposes, and presumably gets some kind of enjoyment out of providing the pictures (this is the case for Cindy, for example). Or else, in the case of commercial pornography, the model has been paid for her work and accepts that the results are made public.

On the part of the viewer there should be respect for the person in the picture and his/her motives for making the picture available. If the viewer is not willing to respect the person in the picture then I think this implies a misuse of the picture.

I agree with Joe that medical pictures should not be used for sexual gratification. The picture in reference was one sent to me many years ago and I agreed not to distribute it. This picture was taken a long time ago by the doc who sent me a copy and someone else "years ago" posted their copy to the internet under the title of "8inch.gif". For some reason it did not resurface until now. The doc who described this case took the picture early in his career. He is long dead. Even so, I will not distribute it.

However, it is again on the internet and it will be distributed. There appears little or no chance of recognizing the patient (who is surely dead by now). To me, the picture is simply educational and has no sexual content. That may be a personal view even though a sexual history "came with" the picture.

It does show what great extremes of vaginal size are possible and is very suggestive of what we can expect to see in the future whenever "this type" person does make pictures and videos that do have sexual content.

The "posting it here" question to me would hinge on whether it has educational value for this type group? I do not know the answer to that question, but it would relate to what percentage our club is educational.

Jjohnnyquestt, your question is a good one. I have seen many huge ones, and think that probably over two thirds of the time there has been some unknown stretching going on to account for the very distensible vaginas. I always take a sexual history and even in those that have very huge distensible vaginas, a good percentage will not admit to any "stretching type" of sex. Sometimes on the second or third visit they will then admit to doing stretching when I am supportive and show no disapproval of such activity. Most doctors I know will never ask anything about stretching.

That is another reason I believe that fisting is much more prevalent than people admit to. In the past especially, there has been a stigma associated with anything relating to stretching, fisting, and the like.

Hopefully now that this activity is better understood as a relatively safe and erotic activity... all that will change. I can see it changing a lot already, mostly due to the internet. People should not have to hide something that is very enjoyable and does not interfere with the lives of others. The general public does not know how much more intense and erotic stretching and fisting sex is... compared to what they have been doing in the past.

Certainly if people can now admit to being "gay", even more so, people can admit to something as benign as "vaginal fisting".
