It is possible to fist that deep because the arm enters the colon via the anus.

I believe the name of the video is called "Forced Woman 2". There is another called "Forced Woman 1" where a "bound" woman takes fists both vaginally and anally. Very erotic. I forgot to mention that even though anal fisting is not the subject of this club, It can be very dangerous and the colon may easily rupture. While rupture can happen with a normal colon, this is especially dangerous if one is subject to diverticuli of the colon and some colon diseases.

Such a rupture often ends in death from peritonitis. The vagina is much better designed to stretch wider.. but not so deep (like you mention with the arm to the elbow).
